FAQs
I am a runner looking to achieve faster times and improve my relationship with food and my body but with a performance priority in mind- is the membership for me?
This membership was made for you! All levels of runners are welcome! You do not need to be “fast” or run a certain distance to benefit from the information in the membership.
Can I cancel at any time if paying month to month?
Yup! Cancel or rejoin at any time. You have access to the material as long as you are subscribed. Please note that there will be no refunds for any payments once processed.
Can I suggest topics for future masterclasses to be included in the membership?
Absolutely, in fact this is encouraged!
Can I add on 1:1 appointments, lab reviews, and functional testing like GIMap and DUTCH in the membership?
Yes. Members get first access priority to these services, so if you feel like you’d like to add on a 1:1 consult to ask questions, 1:1 coaching, and/or functional testing packages you may do so at any time. If you need help understanding what option would be best for your circumstances, send me an email to hsamuel@holleyfuelednutrition.com at any time.
Are there any live calls in the membership?
Yes! There is 1 masterclass that is live almost every single month (10/year minimum).
Are live masterclasses & Q&A sessions recorded in case I can’t make it live?
Yes always! You can watch the replays at any time. Before Q&A calls I always send out a form so you can submit questions for me to answer on the call even if you are not able to attend live- watch me answer your question in the replay!
I have a complicated health history and need specific recommendations in my journey. Is the membership right for me?
Maybe, depending on the case, but. you may benefit more from 1:1 coaching- feel free to email me at hsamuel@holleyfuelednutrition.com and we can discuss further what would be the best option for you!
How long do I have access to the content within the membership for?
You have access to all content within the membership as long as you are subscribed. You lose access if you unsubscribe (but can resubscribe at any time)
I am a fellow dietitian/coach/practitioner- can I join the membership?
Yes. I know many health care providers follow me who are looking to either broaden their own knowledge to best serve their clients or navigate personal health issues, or find inspiration in my business strategies. Please know that content shared in the membership does not count as CEUs for continuing education documentation at this time. Also, the Fueled Membership and all content under Holley Fueled Nutrition is protected by copyright/trademark and is not to be reproduced, shared, sold, or used anywhere else or in any way. Resources within the Membership and all programs under Holley Fueled Nutrition are meant for personal use only and do not replace formal training for health care professionals nor constitute as a professional mentor/mentee relationship. I do offer mentorship for fellow entrepreneurs, health care professionals, students, and coaches here though!

Hey! I’m Holley Samuel!
I am a board certified sports dietitian, master of education & eating disorders, and certified personal trainer- you can learn more about my educational background here ! This course is the resource and guide I wish I had myself when I was starting out my running journey back in college. I made all the nutrition & training mistakes, experienced injury woes, and made this course so you would have a clear roadmap to achieve your goals and avoid making the same mistakes as me. I have helped hundreds of runners achieve their goals and can’t wait to help you too!
Between my first and second marathons, I shaved 30 minutes off my time, qualifying for Boston and feeling on top of the world. I attribute this dramatic outcome on fine tuning my fueling and strength training strategies to avoid injury and feel my best.
